While moving an old trunk in his Aunt's house, Peter finds pictures and newspaper clippings of his deceased parents. Apparently they were considered traitors by the U.S. government before their deaths in a plane crash in Algeria almost two decades ago. After Aunt May provides a few more details, Peter vows to uncover the truth about his parents! To that end the web-slinger links up with the Fantastic Four and flies to North Africa! In the middle of the Kasbah, the Amazing Spider-Man finally comes face-to-face with the man who framed his parents: the sinister Red Skull! Wow, can the wall-crawler exonerate his parents and change his family legacy forever? Or will the spectacular son meet the same fate as his father...at the hands of the Red Skull?
